Lebrija City Council’s Institutional Declaration of membership to ROMHERITAGE
In the ordinary session held by the plenary of the Lebrija (Seville) City Council, on April 11, 2024, all political groups unanimously formulated the following Institutional Declaration of membership to the ROMHERITAGE project (after the intervention of the coordinator of ROMHERITAGE in Spain, Gonzalo Montaño Peña):
FIRST.- The plenary session of the Lebrija City Council declares its express support for the European project called “European Itineraries of Roma Cultural Heritage” (ROMHERITAGE), and provides its collaboration to its organizers to jointly design the itineraries that can be established within our city.
SECOND.- The plenary session of the Lebrija City Council additionally urges the national, regional, local governments, as well as institutions, social, cultural, tourism agents and private companies to support the project “European Itineraries of Roma Cultural Heritage” (ROMHERITAGE), and very particularly with the one designed in our town, in order to provide it with all those infrastructures, material and human resources necessary to fulfill its objectives”.
